Consuming Trans fats and saturated fats can increase the bad cholesterol in the body and increase the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Foods that are deep fried or have a high content of sugar are the ones that come under the category of Trans fats. There are certain oils that you need to avoid since they are highly processed. These are soybean oil and canola oil. In addition to the above, foods that contain artificial colors, preservatives, stabilizers, fat replacers, emulsifiers and toxic binders should also be avoided.
