I'm pro-life when it comes to abortion i feel their is only one exception to this and that's rape. If you're old enough to spread your legs then you're old enough to take responsibility for your actions those babies don't have a choice, they didn't ask to be brought into this world you did it to them so taking their life away before it fully begins then in my opinion i feel you should be locked up for murder of a child, endangerment of an unborn child, child abuse…… i feel that those should be punishable by death you're killing human beings still they didn't ask to be here you did this to them you have no right to take a human beings choice. Tom Anderson says, “Women should have the right to safe and legal abortions because it ensures them full responsibility and free participation in society.” Agreeing with Anderson, M. Lee and Nancy Sprague says not only should abortions be allowed but they should be a constitutional right. Brian Wilson disagreed and said, “Abortions should be outlawed because they are taking the lives of unborn children,” in addition to agreeing with him Lynn-nore Chittom and Heather Newton they are trying to get the supreme court to overturn the Roe v. Wade case. In a way I agree with both sides for different reasons because they both have their pros and cons. If abortion remains legal I think more and more women will become pregnant and feel a since of not having to be responsible.…

Abortion is a touchy issue. Many say it is okay, others are totally against it, and some think it’s acceptable, depending of the circumstances. In my opinion, it’s wrong and not at all necessary, unless in the case of pregnancy, the mother is informed she will perish during the pregnancy term. Science continues to say a fetus is only a small “lump of tissue” but it isn’t, it’s human, it is a life. We are taught, “You shall not murder,” yet there are about 100, 000 lives aborted yearly.…

Now the woman faces a choice: does she carry the fetus to term, or does she terminate the pregnancy? There are countless reasons for both options, such as the mother’s health, the health of the fetus, religious views, and how the mother was brought up. There are some instances in which a mother could feel that she could not rely on her family for support, such as cases of rape and incest. In this paper, I will take a categorical approach to show you how abortion can be ethical.…

On average, there are 293,066 sexual assaults on women ages 12 and up every year in the United States of America. If you do the math, factor in the leap years, that comes down to about one sexual assault of a woman anywhere from the age 12 and up every 107 seconds. What if some of these sexual assaults ended in pregnancies? About 5.0% of them do, although it may not seem like much, it 's important. By no means should abortion be promoted as a product in the supermarket, however that does not mean the option should be taken away from women who suffer from sexual assaults which are unfortunately often committed domestically or by someone they know.…

It is up to that woman whether or not she is in an appropriate place to receive an abortion. That choice is a “fundamental right” of all women. It is not the place of the government to make this choice, or yet prevent this choice, for women. They should not take away that right because a woman decided to, or sometimes was forced to, participate in such activities that would bring a woman to make this decision. This choice has been proven to be a right by the case of ‘Roe vs. Wade’.…
