Abortion is currently the greatest challenge posed by contemporary culture to my generation of Christ-followers. It is a very emotional topic that brings up sorrow, and empathy. For this reason, today’s Christians tend to hold their tongues when the controversy, that is abortion, is brought up. We challenge ourselves with the task of informing others of what is morally correct according to the Christian Biblical Worldview, while trying to spare the feelings of others, and offend little to nobody if possible. 1 Peter 3:14 says, “But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. ‘Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.’” The opposing side that is, pro-choice, uses the feelings as an opportunity to spread a heavy influence on the society we live in. This is often done through relaying a false message to others on what is the correct standing point on abortion, using arguments that would make a person feel justified in taking part in the inhumane process of abortion.

Every time an abortion happens, the Declaration of Independence that liberated us, is in fact disregarded. “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Abortion is against the very principles we founded our country on. If we allow this to continue, slowly the morality towards other potential disposable lives will decrease. We as humans will believe that we can play a bigger role than the ones God gave us, on this earth. Eventually leading to a broken society, because people slowly worked toward the idea that, “It’s up to me whether something is right or wrong.” When in actuality, God tells us in John 14:6 that he is, “...the way and the truth and the
