Strengths: we will maintain our strengths through the provision of superior service delivery i.e. quality service at the right time and consistently. Ensure continuous development on Sasria products, processes, client’s relations and strategic development.
Weaknesses: we have started the process of boosting our resources by hiring a QAS. We will review our resource needs on regular basis. We enough resources in the department we can start to build relationships with third-party system providers through collaboration with other departments e.g. underwriting and CRM.
Opportunities: we have already started a process of discussing the BCM and data security risks with NMIs. We will continue to build relationships with risk managers and system providers
