. Iraq's' children have been faced many human rights violations, caused by international sanction and foreign occupation . So that, Iraq was the worst land for the life of children in the region during the war and after war, children lost their lives When Iraq occupied by the United State of America and collection of allies, the Iraqi government couldn't make some efforts to protect children.In convention sai, Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security person, however, Iraqi children have suffered with many violations , government couldn't create a safe area for children during the war. States Parties undertake to respect and to a certain respect for laws of international humanitarian law applicable to them in armed conflicts which are relevant to the child, States Parties shall take all feasible measures to ensure that persons who have not attained the age of fifteen years do not take a direct part in hostilities . Iraqi children killed because some criminals have used suicide bombs or car bombing without distinguishing between civilians and combats that is the opposite international humanitarian law, Suicide bombing is the main reason to take life many Iraqi children. A suicide bombing killed 14 children after killer drove a vehicle into the primary school field . Furthermore, Iraqi children became a casualty after invasive indirect ways, Iraqi children effected many diseases, starvation as a result, some of them become victims and War took out substances on the ground and mixed with water, air, and soil, poison materials was widespread through the air and land caused by destruction weapons, some of them contamination of water, air and ground then, impacted of life children. Iraqi children were dead because of landline and explosion in every place . Furthermore, Iraqi children lost their life because of terror, after 2003 some terrorist groups have created don't distinguish
