Conversely, author Sarah Engler discusses several ways to stop or reduce the effect of plastic pollution in her article. For me, the most practical solution that she suggests is to buy items in bulk. The goal behind this is simple, to cut down on the amount of plastic used. This is easy for me since me already by many items in bulk including bottled water and assorted foods such as yogurt.
