Sara Minkara is a: twenty-seven years old, legally blind, Lebanese-American, Muslim entrepreneur born in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Sara is also the founder and the chief executive officer of what was known as Camp Rafiqi, now known today as Empowerment Through Integration ( ETI). Sara Minkara have been diagnosed with a legally blind disability at the age of seven years old, she has experienced a safety net of support for her disability through the government and private institutions, because she had the support system from the government not only the government but, with the help of the community, and her parents, she was able to pursue a very integrated life and her education of helping
