If it is true, the owners should be adding more food to their menu to allowing new and old customer to try. The owner can always give some sample and asking customer’s feedback before adding it to the menu. If the opposite is true, then the owner should come up with some idea about adding new food into their menu that will increase customer satisfaction and come to their restaurant more often.
3. If it is true, the owners can come up with some happy hours, which gives the customer discount when they dining in during that specific times. If the opposite is true, the owners should be adding some high quality food into their menu in order to attract high income families.
4. If it is true, the owners can always offer some sample plate in discount price to new customer, and gives some discount to the customer who invited their friend to come to Santa Fe Grill.
