Sandwich Generation Research Paper

In my culture, sandwich generation is very common. I do live with my parents in low, one of them need to assist dressing and change diapers, and I have two school age children. Our families cooperate to cope this stressful situation. As health adults, we offer the labor to take care my father in low. My mother in low helps us to take care kids, providing deliver and pick up service. We depend on each other and support each other. We communicate and discuss with each other to find the best way to balance our life.
