In Dalman’s situation, they are in violation of the law with the trash dumpsters and the property line. According to the video in this unit’s assignment, the government inspector has told the unit manager that he would be willing to approve this if Sandwich Blitz provides food for his department’s holiday party. Dalman has options and choices to make right or wrong. This starts with management and leadership style in which staff will adhere to. When management shows confidence, integrity and honesty, employees will see the positive attributes displayed among their management team creating a positive work environment. Showing appreciation to employees enable them to produce quality work while meeting deadlines. As many may know, Chick-fil-A is closed every Sunday and to some employees that may not be a big deal, but to others it is tremendous. The reflection demonstrates an enormous ethical behavior by recognizing that day as a day of worship and that is important to many.
