Dalman and Lei’s discussion on the expanding of Sandwich Blitz Inc. introduced pros and cons of the situation at hand. For Dalman and Lei to fully understand and make the better decision to expand or to not expand, a SWOT analysis is of precedence and crucial. According to Bateman and Snell (2013), a SWOT analysis is “an assessment of the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats” (p.103). This analysis will assist Dalman and Lei in their discussion.
