After reviewing the video on Sandwich Blitz I think the company should expansion on a smaller scale than a large scale. The reason why I say this is because the SWOT the business will face and having. The Current strength Sandwich Blitz is that they have the resources to open two new locations. All they would have to do it pick a good location to make the new locations successful. A weakness that they face is the economic downtown of the locations that operate in the large office park. This can lead to closers of the locations or more cost to keep them running. Sandwich Blitz has a good opportunity to expand to other cities.
