“Well, I see that you and The Realm of Sand have a lot in common,” he said. The statement forced me to look back at The Keeper. Noticing my questioning stare he continued. “ You see, Winter, ever since your departure from The Realm of Sand darkness has taken over. Evil lurks around every corner of your once friendly world.”
“I must see this for myself,” I said eagerly. “Will you please take me back with you?”
“Of coarse I will, Winter. But, I have warned you.”
With that The Keeper sauntered over to the other side of the room and collected his smashed hat. He walked to me giving me a questioning glance. I nodded my head in response and without a moments hesitation he flicked his wrist and the hat popped back to its original state. A bright light emitted from the hat and illuminated the room.
