On my trip to Lucy T. Davis Elementary school, I had the pleasure of going into Ms. Sandra Philips 3rd grade math class and observe how they worked with technology. Sandra Phillips was a 4-year science and math teacher at Lucy T. Davis Elementary School but had been teaching since 1995. Mrs. Phillips told me how the school had just switched over to something called HP classroom manager. This allowed her to see the students’ progress from her desk. She really liked this because she could still do work from her desk like grading papers or even typing lesson plan well still being able to look and see their progress.
