In the story eleven by Sandra Cisneros Rachel’s teacher Mrs. Price, based off of the dialogue, is bossy, and in a bad mood. Evidence to support this is on paragraph 6. The author states: “‘Whose is this?’ Mrs. Price says, and she holds the red sweater up in the air for all the class to see. ‘Whose? It’s been sitting in the coatroom for a month.”’ This supports the claim because it shows that she is not happy. The way she says it changes it all. You can tell she’s in a bad mood. On paragraph 15 the author states: “‘Rachel,’ Mrs. Price says. She says it like she’s getting mad. ‘You put that sweater on right now and no more nonsense.”’ This shows that she is being bossy and instructing a student to put on a jacket. What kind of teacher does that?
