Sandkit open her tiny, fragile eyes. She saw her mother Cherryfoot for the first time, only hearing her voice for a while. Her sister Spottedkit nuzzled her sister.
"Good morning" Spottedkit purred to the awakening light-yellow kit. Sandkit smiled. The nursery looked huge from what she thought.
"Come on!" Spottedkit ran out of the den.
Stonekit was already outside pouncing on a moss ball. He didn't talk much, but if he said anything you'd listen. "Sandkit opened her eyes!" Stonekit exclaimed sunlight in his eyes. Sandkit put on a small smirk. The camp looked huge. A white tom with black markings walked towards the tiny kits. There eyes glowed at the look of their father, Whitefang.
"What are you playing today?" Whitefang asked humor in his

"In the den" Stonekit mewed.
"Thanks" Whitefang said to his three kits before padding off to the nursery. Spottedkit tossed the moss ball at Sandkit's face while daydreaming.
"Hey! You fuzzball!" Sandkit said angrily.
"You deserved it! Stop daydreaming!" Spottedkit spat back.
"Ow!" Spottedkit yelled randomly. Cherryfoot rushed over to her.
"My leg hurts!" Spottedkit continued to complain.
"I'll go get Sunleaf" Cherryfoot ran and left the tortoiseshell, calico kit. Sunleaf came shortly after checking on Spottedkit.
"What happened?" Sunleaf asked examining her leg. Spottedkit was silent. Sunleaf didn't ask anymore questions.
"Her leg is fine" Sunleaf grunted away. Cherryfoot put her muzzle in her kit's fur and whispered something Sandkit couldn't hear.
"Stay in the nursery" Cherryfoot stomped. "I don't want any of you getting hurt"
Stonekit walked in with his head down first.
"I wanna play!" Sandkit complained.
"Frostfern can't take care of everykit" Cherryfoot was talking about the cat who looks after the nursery, Frostfern. Sandkit grunted loudly then stomped into the nursery, Spottedkit trailed behind her. Flamekit and Rosekit greeted them at the

The cats of ThunderClan surronded the 3 new apprentices, Spottedpaw, Stonepaw and Sandpaw.
"I love my mentor!" Spottedpaw admitted away from the crowd.
"Skyray will be a great mentor, I got Flintclaw" Sandpaw said scuffing the ground.
"Stonepaw got the deputy, Russetfrost" Spottedpaw said in awe. The crowd died away and only Smokeslash was left in the clearing guarding the moonlit camp. "Goodnight" Smokeslash told to the two new apprentices heading towards their new den excitedly. "Don't get too excited" Violetpaw growled before dozing off into a silent slumber. Spottedpaw eventually went into a slumber. She was running through unknown forest before coming into the camp. Dying cats were around her everywhere. She saw Sandpaw but couldn't move to get over to her.
"Sandpaw" Spottedpaw called out in her sorrow-filled muffled voice. Spottedpaw woke up and saw her sister sleeping peacefully next to her. She sighed in relief and headed outside to the cats of ThunderClan. Spottedpaw saw Skyray padding towards her a smile on her face.
"Ready?" Skyray asked the apprentice.
"As I'll ever be!" Spottedpaw

Unimpressed by the early morning alarm clock, he angrily pulled his pillow over his head and attempted to drown out the noise.
