A positive outlook on this project can consist of many things. The restoration was a multi-billion dollar project to bring back the salmon. This program met the goal of doing the project, but spent way more than expected. As so, the project came up as a disappointment. After the research I took the time to look upon, my argument has changed about this restoration. It was a complete waste of time and money.
