San Bernardino Shooting Case Study

San Bernardino shooting came as a shock to the citizen, the community and the country, during the event there we several instance of community interaction with the police in order to narrow down the location of the suspect. Law enforcement officer from several different agencies participated in the search and termination of the shooters. The suspect and his targeted a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health training event and Christmas party, that had approximately 80 employees.
At approximately 11am, the shooter and his wife conducted an assault on the Inland Regional Center. Law enforcement and firefighters arrived on scene at approximately 1104am and immediately started to cordon off the area to restrict the freedom of movement going in and out of the building. There was a coordinated effort by officers to save lives, treat the wounded and terminate the threat of continued shooting. Using military style equipment, officer made entry through the back of the building where they discovered many victim suffering injuries from gunshot wounds.
