Company has built a creative corporate culture. Technological search is key to developing a corporate creative culture in the company. It realizes the importance of the great work place. With this strategy, Samsung has realized the importance of its strategy. Sharing the practices among the employees in the organization is key to building a creative culture of the organization. There is also a culture of providing the people with the respect to their values and beliefs. The environment in which the company is operating is too much dynamic and changing, and it needs to build the sustainable culture for constant company growth and development. Performance appraisal process is conducted by the company annually. There are two principles of company; such as, performance based compensation and non discriminatory compensation on the basis of which the performance of employees is measured accurately. In this way, all the positions in the company are allocated with the same ratings. Employees get compensated on the basis of their performance and different positions. Profit sharing and productivity incentives decide the incentives and rewards for employees equally. In this, the same deserving ratings are applied to the individual performances annually. In order to shape these skills accurately, there is a training and development program implemented by the company. It provides the employees with all the necessary information and data in order to attain the goals. There are three training and development centers of company that are directed towards developing employees with necessary skills and talents. There is a leadership development training centre that aims towards developing an effective coaching style leader for the company.

Leadership Development
In the global business, Samsung has become an effective player. However, leadership development is an important aspect of the company. Company is operating a leadership development center. From manager to the executive level, company is managing the leadership development. This leadership development centre is focused towards developing and managing the leadership skills and capabilities. Training and development is an important area for the leadership development.
Limitations
