Foundation of CrossFit 673 Jerudong
CrossFit 673 Jerudong is a well-known gym in Jerudong, Brunei Darussalam. CrossFit is a high-intensity sport with various workouts that targets all parts of the body. By intensity, it means to do fast workouts within a short period of time. The main goal of all these workouts is to allow individuals to lift more weight and do more workouts than they already can. It is about pushing themselves to the limits and overwriting their limit.

For my interview report, I chose CrossFit 673 Jerudong, a CrossFit gym in Brunei Darussalam, as I was a member previously and had close links with my trainers. CrossFit 673 Jerudong’s “Five Performance Objectives”
There are “Five Performance objectives”; Quality, Flexibility, Speed, Dependability and Cost (Jiwani, 2013). These objectives, ranked from the most important to the least important are the key points that businesses assess in managing their business.

Quality - Quality is about meeting the minimum standard required to satisfy customers (Hill, 1987). It measures the ability of the products to satisfy the consumer’s needs. High quality products meet the standards set by customers and these customers tend to be satisfied with the product. However product quality does not have a fixed measurement as different individuals have different views on quality.

Flexibility – Flexibility could refer to how easily the business is able to change its daily operations. If they allow customers to change fixed terms, the business has high flexibility. For example, in work ethics, some businesses allow their employees to choose their
