Responsible for overseeing construction plans for electrical, HVAC, network cabling, and computer room design through renovation of seven floors of head office tower.
Corporate Web Site & Customer Care Website -1994-1996
Managed project to development corporate web presence. Established a corporate website management team by which departments were responsible for accuracy and content.
Designed and implemented Fulcrum’s on-line customer help and knowledge base web interface, integrated to Vantive CRM system and other back office SQL databases, integrated using Cold Fusion.
Customer care Internet interface increased productivity of call centre without increasing staff.
Enterprise Network Services -1994 -1997
Implemented corporate Enterprise Network Services globally connected, Unix Continues software development code management system, Back Office administrative computing environment, DNS, NIS, NFS, and DHCP, all in a heterogeneous UNIX/MS computing environment.
