Hia, I'm Cadet Lieutenant Junior Grade Jerry Martinez and I'm the Cadet Advisor for the Cougar Company this 2017-2018 school year. My job is to ensure that the cadets are to be following the Cadet Field Manual (CFM) and assist and advise the cadet staff in maintaining proper staff functionings according with Unit Regulations, be available to the Instructors for projects, to sit as a member in the Unit Disciplinary Review Board, and to also train Platoon Commanders and assist them with any problems they face. This will be my fourth year in the program and it's been pretty swaggy so far. This program has provided me a lot of success, it turned my life around and it gave me new friends/family and a lot more to look forward to. My favorite thing
