I have been a member of the Guelph Police Service for over 28 years and I am now eager to explore new challenges and apply my many skills in new ways. I am a strategic thinker with the ability to create a vision within an organization, build consensus among stakeholders with highly-developed leadership, management and administrative skills with the confidence to serve and succeed.
I have served in a number of progressive and challenging police and community leadership positions that have enhanced my personal personal and professional development.
