This worker met with Kyah at the Brookdale office to discuss about the report. Privacy practice were verbally reviewed. The interview was recorded.
Kyah appeared distracted with her baby brother Prince. She was watching him and playing with him in the kid’s playroom at Brookdale. This worker asked Kyah about the allegation and she reported that she misses school at times due being little tired at times and she over slept. Kyah stated that she does not like school because she feels that her teacher pick on her for any distraction she does. She stated that she been sent to the office couple times for not following directions. Kyah stated that she is connected with IEP program at school.
