Below is a draft email that may be utilized by Phil to invite respondents to complete the 360 assessment. While this is a boiler template (virtually identical to what was used by Don Ritter), personalization by Phil is recommended.

You will also find a draft of suggested respondent groups that might be utilized for the 360. We will need to get an answer from Profiles as to the feasibility of breaking out the two “other” respondent groups into separate reports. I am reaching out to multiple contact in Profiles to get a determination on this.

With this in mind, I am participating in a 360 assessment process designed to provide me with feedback on management competencies and leadership skills sets.

You will be receiving an email invite in the next few days to participate in a survey on my leadership behaviors. The survey is referred to as the CheckPoint360° Leadership Survey and it is administered by Profiles International. The survey data is collected and reported anonymously and shared back with me in aggregate. I value your feedback, so please be candid! I view this as an opportunity for professional development. You should be able to complete the survey in 15-20 minutes. All the surveys go directly to Profiles International. Profiles will prepare the report and share the results with me.
