Reporting party (RP) received a message from his son's mother that the child Carson Jose Cruz Arredondo (DOB 01/10/13), had to be restrained due to the child pulling on his face. RAP stated that he has reached out to the director and has not gotten a response.

LPA Lasso-Hills contact RP to obtain the following details:
1. How was the child restrained? RP stated that the teacher held the child's hands to restrain him from pulling at his face.
2. How restrained the child? RP does not know who restrained him, but that there are 2 teachers in his classroom.
3. Are you able to described how the child pulled on his face and has he done this before? RP stated the child's mother was told that the child was bouncing off the walls and that he was
