An anonymous reporter stated Ms. Gunnell has custody of the children and gained custody after obtaining a lawyer. DHS became involved with the family after the mother tested positive for meth after delivering the youngest child; Candance has a history of drug use. The reporter is concerned because Ms. Gunnell allows Candance to have unsupervised visits with the children whenever she wants to work or she's tired. Whenever Candance gets the children, she leaves them with different people and cannot be found for days and she's leaving them with multiple unknown men.
