Paul is a 40-year-old African American male. He has a very over protecting mother and one older sister. Paul has an intellectual disability and has certain limitations in his mental functioning but he has good social skills. He is able to take care of himself. Paul present himself neat in casual clothing, well-groomed and precisely to the point of being self-conscious about moving up in the job market world. He has worked on a horse farm for about five years cleaning horse stalls. The presenting concern is that his boss would like for him to learn how to groom horses and take the lead of more responsibility on his farm.
