Sameen Shaw Character

Sameen Shaw is a character in the tv show Person of Interest. She is a doctor turned operative for the U.S army. There is little information about her mother but that just she Iranian and was smuggled to the country when the terrorist attack. At the age of nine years old Shaw was involved in an automobile accident with her father losing his life. When she was told about the death of her father she showed no emotion, and did not even shed a tear despite losing the only family she had left. Shaw grew up to become a great doctor described by her colleagues as “technically brilliant” but suffered criticism from her lack empathy towards her patients. She shows no concern whether her patients live or die, and only cares about the job. She later leaves medicine and joins the U.S army stating that “she is better at killing people than fixing them.”
As an operative for the government Shaw killed terrorist all over the world that threatened the United States. She only goes out when it has to do with her job. She also doesn’t have any friends, because she puts all of her time into her job. Shaw shows no emotion when she was cutting out a bullet out of her body when she was shot. She just took out the bullet with no qualms and did not even flinch from the pain. Also, because of her job as an operative for the government combatting terrorism, she lives a technology free life, and threw a phone when she was given one because of the thought that she will be tracked if she has any technology on her. When her partner died due to her employers trying to dispose her she became even more recluse and shot the people who tried to save her, due to her no trusting
