Rita, an eighteen year-old college student, agreed that same sex marriage should stay legal. Rita said "marriage in her definition is about two people that love each other that want to spend the rest of their life together." So in her case, two people can either be the same sex that love each other and want to spend the rest of their life together. "Everybody has his or her life to live and be happy so it is good to choose to live a truth." She said the reason why it is good for it to be legal is because so people cannot hide in closet for the rest of their lives anymore, they should be free to marry the gender they want. So Oliver thinks that culturally acceptance that marrying different genders is okay has been normal things for us could be reason why people thinks is wrong I agree with that before I belief is wrong for long time because I was told it was not right or normal things to do stuck with me until I changed that. I change it because it was for me to decide their right like Rita said. I disagree with Jessica that religious make it wrong but at the same time does not make us to judge other people. My own reason why I belief same-sex marriage should stay legal because I should not care of another person 's marriage. for example if it was two different gender couples that got married, would I care how they are living their life or tell them how they should live it no because is not my problem how does their marriage has to affect me. Same-Sex marriage is would reduce suicide rates for teens according to Benjamin Radford a live science contributor says “there is 300 percent more likely for youths to commit suicide because of there are homosexual." (Radford) So leaving it legal will reduce this because they have their rights so no one can bully them, the civil rights was made for a reason being legal then it is accepted by the country and it is okay to be who they
