Sam Brownback has made some mistakes as Governor which has the people of Kansas not like him on whether he should be reelected or not. Over time people have begun to dislike him as governor. He has had trouble solving the problems Kansas is facing right now; with the budget, tax cuts, and other major problems. He has shown that he is not able to be the governor of Kansas if he can not show that he can fix problems that are happening in Kansas. Sam Brownback should not be reelected as governor because of his unpopularity with the people, his inability to resolve budget issues, and plans to reduce funding to planned parenthood.

For example he said “no longer will we send money of hard working Kansans to fund an industry that disrespects life and violates the moral conscience of our people (Ertelt lifenews).” Governor Sam Brownback insulted planned parenthood and also planned parenthood suppose to help provide medicare services to people who need it. Also planned parenthood provides a lot of good for people in Kansas. Also “planned parenthood also provide medicaid covered services such as contraception, cancer screening and other care(Binelli Rolling Stone)”. These are the examples of medicare services that planned parenthood provides for people who want to be parents. Governor Sam Brownback refusing to allow planned parenthood services takes away health care services that people in Kansas will need. Also governor Sam Brownback plans to take away these services from the people which would not be good for Kansans. Also “medical providers say that means low-income patients are finding it harder to access birth control, cancer screenings and other reproductive health care services (Kauzlarich1).” Since Sam Brownback is cutting down on planned parenthood people are having a difficult time finding the medical care they need. Planned parenthood is being taken away by Governor Sam Brownback which has a lot of important things like medical care, birth control and cancer screenings because he did not want to waste
