Sam Aqua used to work as pipefitter. He saved much money from operating the oil field and running self-owned shopping malls. Then, he decided to start his business. They put firm’s name under his wife Blues’ name to run as minatory business to sell the sprinklers service. Sam and his wife saw the opportunity of the automatic sprinkler business, therefore, Blue Aqua Sprinklers. Inc., the company, started business for the automatic sprinkler design and installation services. In the beginning, it was difficult for this small sized- company to compete with the large scale firms. Sam need to negotiates the bidding for survival; his wife files all the documents and drawing for cases. Also, Sam was responsible for the sprinkler design and work supervision;
