Salva was in the hospital in Sudan and walked over to the bed and said, "Hi, I am Salva" The man didn't recognize him at first because he had not seen his friend in so long. But then, eventually, Marial smiled when he realized it really was Salva. He began crying with joy. It had been almost five years since Salva had seen Marial. Marial had so many questions for him. Marial asked, " How are you?" Salva said, "I am fine. What happened to you?" Salva wanted to, stay in Sudan with Marial. Salva knew he had to go back to New York. Salva and his friend spent a few days together catching up on all of the things they had missed in each other's lives over the years. Soon, Salva had to go back to America. He wanted to bring Marial with him to America,
