Salt at Bargara is located Corner Bauer Street and The Esplanade. (Refer to appendix 4) It is opposite the turtle park and the access to the beach. There is two other cafe’s/restaurant around the business, and a takeaway store next door. With the business located directly opposite from the beach, it attracts a lot of customers to come and sit, to be able to watch the ocean. When choosing the location of the business, the owners had to take into account what type of food they would be serving, what types of customers they would be trying to attract to the business. Where the business is located, it is able to attract beach goers, tourists, families and a variety of other different customers.
