I've had an eye on salmon cakes recipe for awhile. And I tried making couple of different recipes before I found the one and only. There are basically two variations of salmon cakes recipe. The one with canned salmon or baked salmon. I have to honestly tell you, canned salmon doesn't work best in this recipe. It resembles more like meatballs, but with fish. Good to eat, but nothing special.
