After reading this page, I asked a story related question since all the students have a sibling or more. I asked if they ever received hand me down clothing from their older brother or sister and they all said yes, and clothes are too big for them as well. On paged 4; Ex: When Titch tried on his brother’s pants, they were way too big for him. Therefore, I asked the students an evaluation question (based on this observation,) What would you recommend Titch do? The students replied saying “Titch should wear a belt to hold up his pants and the another solution was that he could cuff the bottom of the pants to make them fit better. I asked this questions because I was very interested to see them use their thinking skills to find a solution. Another higher-level question I asked was “Can you predict an outcome of what will happen?” The students were overly excited to share their predictions. They stated that Titch 's parents will most likely take him shopping for new clothes; or that he will eventually wear the clothes until he grows into them. I acknowledged all their answers, and we will continue reading to find out what will
