Conclusion
Sally Young knew that her vote would make the ultimate decision if Mossman compensation was to be adjusted or not. She outweighed the good and the bad. She knew if she did not vote for John, it would cause a lot of legal issues to the company. If the company did not increase Robert’s salary as promised, he could file a legal law suit. Sally also thought about what would happen to the other employees of the company. Antagonized with her own values of justice and equality, Sally’s decision was very ambiguous regarding Robert’s compensation. After hours of thinking Sally decided to side with John and cut Robert’s compensation. She knew the other employees would suffer from pay cuts, so it was only fair that Robert pay was cut also.
