If I was a lawyer, I would say that the doctor did nothing wrong, he never “said” that her son was getting better. But did he do something wrong? The doctor, after all, is a professional of medicine, and an average person would look to what they say as fact and would believe that the doctor would never twist the truth. Yes, an auditor is going to enforce the standards set, and they are going to enforce all other regulations that are set in place so that the public does not get misled. My main mission will not be to find something wrong to get someone in trouble, my priority will be making sure that all regulations were met to the best knowledge of the client, and to make sure that the public will not be misled. These two chapters really helped show how someone could be tattling, or trying to convey the
