Saint Zenobius Summary

This painting is the third in a series of four panels depicting the life and miracles of Saint Zenobius, the fourth-century bishop of Florence and one of the city’s patron saints. Each panel shows different a number of levels of episodes from the saint’s life. As for the first panel shows the saint of youth, the second panel contains three stories about relating to miracles performed by the saint: he exorcism two children by a demon, he put forward a Christian mother, the son of life, and a blind man he regain his sight. As shown in the panel is the death of a young man and then increase the saint of life and death.
Look at the third series of the painting; at the left hand side of, there is a man who is kneeling, name Saint Zenobius. He is wearing red cloak, and a white brown hat. He rises up his arms and hands; also, his right hand’s fingers act like he is spell caster. Saint Zenobius meets a funeral procession of a dead youth and he restores the youth to life, which is sitting on a bed covering a blue quilt. He seems that try to say something to the woman, which is next to Saint Zenobius. And that woman also seems that she is open her month and her body is forward lean. So they might like mother and son. There is a man lying on the yellow blanket, which was killed while bringing relics. The casket is setting next to the man who lying on the floor is relics. And there are two horses standing there, the death man might use horses to bring the relics. Saint Zrnobius restore the porter to life by invoking the relics.
