Supply chain is the department name but our team focuses on the implementations. This team works closely with the operations team on providing detailed information on product conversions such as the current product and how it compares to the future product. As the Implementation Manager for the Saint Thomas Health system, my role is to ensure contract compliance and develop new processes to ensure the quality of customer care. The Saint Thomas Health system consist of eight hospitals; West, Midtown, Rutherford, Hickman, DeKalb, Stones River, Riverpark and Highlands. Each of the larger facilities contains a Critical Product Manager which is the liaison between supply chain and physicians. They also handle any new product request that is desired
