What was the reformers relationship with God? • Tied to convince brother at age 7 to become martyr with her, which shows that from a very young age is was devout to her religion and willing to do anything for it.
• Decided to become hermits and build cells out of stones from the yard – this action shows she wanted seclusion from society, so she could pray and live a life of her own.
• After mother died when Teresa was 15 she was very upset and came to realise that she needed something new in her life
