Saint Philip Neri is an interesting person.
Saint Philip Neri was born July 21, 1515 in Florence Italy. Saint Philip Neri’s Feast day is May 26. Sadly, he passed away May 25, 1595. He was canonized on May 12, 1622. Saint Philip Neri’s symbols are the Rosary, Lily, and an Angel holding a book. The Angel holding a book represents a Holy being of life. The Rosary represents the devotions of the saints/every bead equals a devotion and the metals represent a miracle. The Lily represents purity, the clearness of the saints hearts, the flower of a virgin.

Saint Philip Neri only ate bread and water, sometimes sprinkled with herbs. He didn’t eat meat because he thought it wasn’t religious and because he thought you would be eating a living creature.
