Please be prepared to discuss the following Lone Star Winfree Hub Connection PHA scheduled for this date. We will be performing a HAZOP Methodology to ensure all process and global deviation issues are discussed as well as conducting the Safety Objective Analysis (SOA) during this project.

Required personnel- Operations- Field/ Control Center, I/E, FE, FCS, HES- Process Safety/ HES Specialist, and myself

I will bring risk matrices for these analyses and provide additional training prior to completing this study.

David, Please ensure that the nomenclature data on the P&IDs have been assigned to the devices before we PHA the project and additional copies.
