Safety Is Better Than Trampoline

Built in trampolines vs. Safety nets?
Several parks and homes especially in the western region have the trampoline where children jump and bounce back on with so much excitement having the fun of their lives. The giggles and laughter the children can make a sixty-year-old want to try. With the fun and excitement, it brings, the trampoline has caused for many broken wrists, noses, and other bones leaving parents with no choice but to flood the emergency ward of the hospital.
With the disadvantage it has, is the safety net a better option? The safety net basically is use to catch people performing at a great height such as acrobats just in case they fall. Therefore, some trampolines come with safety nets to prevent the children from falling on to the ground but does it really work? According to the Catastrophic Personal Injury blog, children under the age of 16 suffer nearly 93% of fractures related to trampoline with very few cases leading to permanent neurological damage. So let’s ask ourselves the same question, is the safety net a better option?

They tend to fall so hard and sometimes very roughly which results in the injuries. So, with or without safety nets, injuries are bound to happen if, more than one child is bouncing on the trampoline.
No doubt that the trampoline is a good medium of exercise because, it allows for more heart beat leading to more blood circulation which is good in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases but, there are other options which are far more less
