Americans would only be exposed to information that they agree with, therefore obscuring them from any information whatsoever from the other side. Our solution is perfect, yet our contemporaries still deny us, claiming the idea of censoring and controlling the internet is impossible. We would like to tell them to look at China’s government, which efficiently combats the dangers of free internet, blocking countless social-media and sharing sites (Jacobs). China’s government proves the internet can be efficiently regulated with enough resources. With a reasonable amount of research and development, safe spaces can essentially become 100% efficient at warding off internet trolls and side-effects of knowing the truth.
