Background
Context of the study

As most of the world move towards a diverse culture and the diverseness in culture act as the key in the organizations, where people from different culture come together to work. The objective of this study is to find out an answer that, are the employees of diverse culture safe enough to create spaces inside the workplace (Holley and Steiner, 2005). The study also focuses on the safety of the employees under tough metal as well as the physical conditions inside the workplace. The Study highlights how cultural awareness can influence the employees to work safely without any confusion at the workplace.

It is important to arrange safe space in the workplace for the workers of the company. According to the journal written by Mr. Lynn and Mr sue there also exists an importance of safe space for the student inside the class room (Holley and Steiner, 2005).

Because of metaphor, it can increase the safety problems in the school. In accordance with Bruhn (2005) culture shapes our mind as well the way we behave and communicate with the individuals. There is always a link between culture and the beliefs we have in our mind. It is the image which has been created in our mind and this has been influenced by the culture brain interactions. Culture and environment go hand in hand as culture influences the type of environment to be created around the different situations created. Similarly understanding multicultural organisation not only give organisation as senses of direction but also helps them to create a better environment.
