ILast year when the Board did not approve to change the 401(k) back to a Safe Harbor you requested I send you information in August about Safe Harbor Plans. Below are a few fun facts along with an email from Michelle Keates. Attached is information from Principal and Janney.

I hope this information helps with the Board.

The "Safe Harbor" plan is the most popular 401(k) retirement plan in the United States for businesses with employees. Safe Harbor plans make it easy for business owners to maximize contributions to their own accounts while reducing some of the limitations associated with adhering to IRS non-discrimination testing.
