Sleep has many affects on you and your everyday life. The article “sacrificing sleep? This is what it will do to your health” explains why sleep is important. To begin, If you do not get enough sleep it can have many affects on of which being your blood alcohol concentration level will rise. One would have to be up a certain amount of hours for it to happen. “ Studies show that after 17 to 19 hours without sleep, you'll be functioning as if you've been drinking enough to raise your blood alcohol level to 0.05%.” The legal blood alcohol level is. 08% this is above the legal driving limit. The less sleep one gets the higher their blood alcohol level gets.
Next, Sleeping Is very important for your health. If one does not get enough sleep it can have very many different effects on their health. “ science has linked poor Slumber with high blood pressure, a weakened immune system, weight gain, a lack of libido, mood swings, paranoia, depression and a higher risk of diabetes, stroke, cardiovascular disease, dementia and some cancers.” I honestly think this is very crazy that not sleeping would have this many effects on one. Some drinks that shouldn't drink after mid afternoon. “Other suggestions for good sleep include avoiding stimulants such as nicotine or coffee after mid afternoon.” A Lot of people often will smoke a cigaret before bed which would cause one to have bad sleep. I wouldn't think that having a cup of coffee after mid afternoon would make it so one couldn't sleep or had a bad time sleeping. All in all, sleep is very important and you can't go without it.
In conclusion, Sleeping is a very important aspect for one’s health. If one doesn't get enough sleep bad things can happen like diseases. Also there are certain foods and drinks one should not have mid afternoon because this can affect one's
