This is not just some distant situation that can only happen to other people. Actually, some people might think that there is no reason to care. They might gullibly ask themselves, “Who’s stupid enough to get caught into that sort of thing anyways?” They might liken the victims of sex trafficking to prostitutes and believe that the girls were entirely aware of what they were getting into.
