a. It lowers costs. SaaS usually allows for the sharing of hardware and software programs in the business. This would lower the overall costs at Virginia Bikes by 20 per cent.
b. Scalability and integration. The SaaS solution is usually scalable and can be integrated with other systems (Reich & Benbasat, 2013). This will help to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of integrating the different business processes in larger percentage at Virginia Bikes.
c. Reduced time in production. The SaaS application has already installed program necessary to reduce the processing of orders and other services at Virginia Bikes. This would reduce the overall time taken to process sales (Hirschheim., Heinzl & Dibbern, 2013).

Analysis and Design: At this stage, Josh should come up with the goals of the project as well as the intended operations in the bike repair process including the rules and diagrams to be used at Virginia Bikes.
c. Programming: Since the system has already been developed by the SaaS vendor, Josh is not required to take any action regarding the Programming Phase.
d. Configuration: This involves the integration of the SaaS application with the business software and programs to ensure compatibility.
e. Testing: This includes checking for errors, operability and bugs through special testing conditions.
f. Implementation and Use: this is last stage of implementing the SaaS application into the actual business to obtain maximum benefits.

a. The three questions Josh should ask in determining the ways to increase the repairs and rentals includes ;
1. What is the current demand for bike repairs and rentals?
2. When do numerous customers seek repairs and rentals?
3. What types of bikes are highly rented and the current rentals?
